SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the Rightline text messaging program operated by Rightline Equipment, Inc. (“Rightline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to the program, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Name and Description

Program name: Rightline Notifications

Rightline Notifications sends operational and informational text messages from +1 (360) 353-4999 to people who have voluntarily opted in. Messages may include:

• Alerts and time-sensitive operational notices
• Customer order notifications (for example, order confirmations, order status, shipping and delivery updates, and quote or invoice notices)
• Scheduling and work notifications (for example, shift reminders, schedule changes, and job or site updates)
• Account updates and service notifications

Rightline Notifications does not send marketing or promotional messages.

You can opt in to Rightline Notifications in either of these ways:

• By text: Text START to (360) 353-4999.
• By web or paper form: Check the optional SMS consent box on a Rightline form. This box is unchecked by default, is separate from any other terms, and you can submit the form without checking it.

After you opt in, you will receive one confirmation message:

Message frequency varies, up to 10 msgs/week.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Rightline does not charge for Rightline Notifications.

6. How to Cancel (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to (360) 353-4999. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, OPTOUT, or REVOKE. Any reasonable opt-out request (for example, “stop texting me”) is also honored. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again:

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier's network and service, and on your device being in range and turned on.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that help us deliver the program (for example, our messaging platform provider), and only to provide the service. 11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date above. If you keep receiving messages after a change, you accept the updated terms. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP.
