WARRANTY
Rightline attachments are designed to be trouble-free and built to exacting standards. Cylinders, rotator drives, valve bodies and virtually all Rightline components are manufactured in our factory to guarantee quality. Every cylinder is individually pressure tested and each rotator and clamp must pass a full operational test prior to shipment.

We are anxious to resolve any problem you may encounter. Rightline warranty is administered under the following guidelines:

1. Defective components should be replaced and returned to Rightline for analysis. Do not repack cylinders, re-seal or O' ring any components under warranty. All items must be returned complete "as is" for evaluation to assist our ongoing efforts toward zero-defect production. Contact Rightline Customer Service at 1-800-547-6300 or use the online authorization request (www.rightline.com) before attempting any repairs. Work other than removal and replacement of defective parts performed without specific prior authorization from Rightline is NOT covered by warranty. Advance authorization is not required for removal and replacement of parts to be returned.

2. To insure rapid problem resolution, technicians should contact Rightline for diagnostic assistance. Unauthorized troubleshooting time can not be reimbursed. Contact Rightline Customer Service at 1-800-547-6300 or use the online authorization request. Please provide the attachment serial number, description of symptoms and contact information for the person who can best discuss the problem. Rightline engineering will assist in troubleshooting and direct the repair or replacement of attachments or components determined to be defective.

3. Rightline will pay authorized labor charges at 80% of your retail rate. Additional claim forms are not required. Upon approval of your authorization request, Rightline will credit your account the agreed amount or issue a purchase order number if you prefer to send an invoice. Warranty invoices submitted without a purchase order number will be returned unpaid.

4. Rightline requests the return of defective parts for engineering analysis. Replacement parts will be billed to the dealer when shipped. Credit will be issued when parts determined to be defective are returned. After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION Send warranty returns to:
