Rightline Equipment, Inc. (Rightline) warrants each new truck attachment
to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of twelve
months from the date of delivery to the original user.
Rightline will repair or replace, at Rightline’s option, any attachment
or component determined by Rightline to be defective during the warranty
period.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply to any condition caused by accident, abuse,
improper installation, improper operation, accelerated wear, ingestion of
dirt or lack of maintenance. Any work performed without specific prior
authorization from Rightline is NOT covered by warranty.
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Rightline assumes no responsibility for any direct, incidental or consequential
damage, injury or loss, including loss of time, inconvenience or loss of
use of the attachment.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES
There are no express or implied warranties which extend beyond the stated
warranty period. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may
also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Warranty repair or replacement will be provided by Rightline or an authorized
dealer in Rightline products.
All warranty work requires approval from Rightline.
