PRICING
ITA side shifter prices are net. Rightline will prepay freight charges on individual shipments of 5 or more side shifters.

All other products are sold at list price less your dealer discount and shipped FOB from the factory.

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS
The Rightline web site displays only the most popular attachments and specifications available. If you do not find a Rightline attachment that fits your specific material handling application or specific truck size, please contact us. We have a solid reputation for designing and engineering unique attachments to our customer’s specific needs.

PARTS
Rightline parts service is second to none. All of our cylinders, rotator drives, valve bodies and virtually all Rightline components are manufactured in our factory in order to guarantee their quality, availability and reasonable cost. We have no minimum shipping order requirement for parts.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
At Rightline, customer satisfaction is our goal. Standard attachments and parts are accepted without charge when returned unused in their original condition. Non-stock and custom products may be subject to restocking fees.

Cancellation of standard orders is accepted without charge. Cancellations of special orders may be subject to unrecoverable costs that were incurred.
